Not a perfect film, but I had a lot of fun watching this one.<\/p>\n<h2>Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice<\/h2>\n<p>Ridiculous, messy and more or less what I was expecting after Man of Steel. If I cared about DC characters I&#8217;d probably have hated it. It was watchable.<\/p>\n<h2>Zootropolis<\/h2>\n<p>Really good. Interesting (and timely) plot, enjoyable characters and tons of creativity when it comes to the world building. Maybe my favourite film this year?<\/p>\n<h2>High-Rise<\/h2>\n<p>Weird, in an arty way. When the film starts you&#8217;re kind of thrown in, and I kept thinking things would start making sense at some point, but it just kept getting more confusing.<\/p>\n<h2>Kung Fu Panda 3<\/h2>\n<p>I know a lot of people are big fans of Kung Fu Panda. I thought the first film was OK, and I never saw Kung Fu Panda 2, so I don&#8217;t have a lot of investment. It was fun and watchable &#8211; nothing amazing\u00a0but some good jokes and pretty visuals.<\/p>\n<h2>Eddie The Eagle<\/h2>\n<p>Funny and heart-warming, like a British Cool Runnings.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>10 Cloverfield Lane Great mix of tension and mystery, I enjoyed this a lot.
